Will I receive a proof? TOP

Due to the large number of print orders, Magnolia Creative Co. only sends proofs for custom designs. Please include your wording exactly as you would like it to appear. Double check all spelling, capitalization and event information as you will not receive a proof before printing. If you would like to see a proof of your design there is a $5 charge. If you would like to see a proof for a product besides print (melamine, iPhone or ceramic) please contact magnolia@magnoliacreativeco.com

How are orders shipped? TOP

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS from Shreveport, Louisiana (North Louisiana) and tracking number will be sent to the email address you provide with your order. Rush orders are available. Please email us at orders@magnoliacreativeco.com fro additional pricing.

Do you ship internationally? TOP

Yes but additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us before placing your order so we can work out the details.

When will my order ship? TOP

Orders will ship:

Ceramics - 2- 3 weeks after purchase

Melamine - 10 business days after purchase

Invitations and partyware - Printed items ship 3 - 5 business days after purchase unless otherwise noted (Swamp Egg/Box Invitaitons). Please include your wording exactly as you would like it to appear. Double check all spelling, capitalization and event information as you will not receive a proof before printing. 

 

Privacy policy and company closed dates TOP

What is your privacy policy?
Your privacy is important to us! We will never release your email address or personal information to ANYONE under any circumstances without your approval first. We do not save credit or debit card information unless requested by a wholesale retailer.

What days are you closed?
Magnolia Creative Co. will be closed on New Year's Day, Mardi Gras Day, 4^th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

What if I need more invitations? TOP

Reorders are available.

What if I don't see the design I am looking for? TOP

Magnolia Creative Co. has a design for almost every occasion and we look forward to creating more. Please contact us if you do not see what you are looking for. Magnolia can customize a design and create an illustration exclusively for your invitation or stationery. This service is available for a $50 fee.

What if I want to make changes to stock art? TOP

All the people in the Magnolia Creative Co. line are available in different ethnicities and hair colors. We currently offer Caucasian and African American, blond, red head and brunette hair colors.

Yes! Please enter your personalization in the correct field. We are happy to suggest wording for you as well. 

Do you have different font styles to choose from? TOP

We have 32 fonts to choose from.

Do you offer colored envelopes? TOP

White envelopes come with every order. Colored envelopes are available can be quoted for each individual order.

How do I personalize my items? TOP

When you place your order please add your EXACT information in the personalization field. Please double check your information for spelling and other errors. Magnolia Creative Co. is not responsible for errors in copy that you enter. If you need more room or have other specifics you need to discuss please email orders@magnoliacreativeco.com

All Magnolia Creative Co. paper printed and DIY items will be sent to you personalized with your provided information.

 

How do I send a photo to be included in my order? TOP

Please email your digital file to orders@magnoliacreativeco.com Acceptable digital file formats are JPEG and TIF with a minimum resolution is 300 dpi. Images may be cropped in order to make them fit the design. By submitting your photo, you agree that you either own the image or that you have permission from the owner to reproduce the photo, and that our reproduction of the image will not violate the rights of any other person. The customer also agrees to defend and hold Magnolia Creative Co. harmless from all legal actions that may occur. If you do not have access to a digital file please contact Magnolia Creative Co. for further directions.

REFUND, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES TOP

After a proof is approved for an invitation or stationery item the order cannot be canceled. Once a ceramic order is placed it cannot be canceled. If Magnolia Creative Co. makes a personalization mistake we will replace the order at our cost within 48 hours. A store credit can also be issued.

Magnolia Creative Co. strives to make our customers happy and their ordering experience as simple as possible. If you are not pleased, we will gladly provide a replacement, offer a refund or exchange.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION TOP

Ceramics
Magnolia Creative Co. ceramic pieces are all hand painted, glazed and fired in our Louisiana studio, Each pieces undergoes over 18 hours of firing and cooling time. All pieces are microwave, dishwasher and food safe unless otherwise noted.

Melamine
Our melamine pieces are produced in a factory in Dallas, Texas. All pieces are food and dishwasher safe however, like all melamine pieces ours are not made to go in the microwave.

Paper Products
Our paper products, such as invitations and other party collateral, are professionally printed by a local printer on Hammermill 100 pound cover stock with a silk finish. Most invitations measure 5"x7" and all come with a white envelope.

Water Bottle Labels and Sippy Cup Stickers
Our water bottle labels are 100% waterproof! I personally use them for all my parties and on my children’s cups and bottles.

Do you offer wholesale products?
Yes! Magnolia Creative Co. products can be found in many retail shops and websites across the country. We can create a special stamp with your business logo for our ceramic products as well as our paper products. Drop shipping is available. A CD of digital images for your website is available for purchase. Please contact wholesale@magnoliacreativeco.com for more information and pricing. 

 

DIY PRINTING TOP

What kind of printable file will I receive?
All printables files come as PDFs. You need Acrobat Reader or a similar program to open them. You can download a free version of Acrobat Reader here.

How many copies can I print?
As many as you want!

What kind of paper should I use?
Invitations: We suggest using a heavy weight card stock for invitations and other party collateral. Check your home printers manual to see what weight your printer can handle. If you are printing with a local print shop they can suggest a house brand that they use, preferably 80-100 pound.

If your invitation contains a photograph we suggest using a glossy photo paper.

Stickers: You can print your stickers onto sticker stock and then punch out them out using a 2” craft punch available at all local craft shops. You can find full sheet sticker (shipping label) stock at all office supply stores. We also suggest purchasing labels from onlinelabels.com.

Water Bottle Labels: There is no way to make your DIY labels 100% waterproof unless you print them on the vinyl labels. We suggest purchasing them from onlinelabels.com. Your file will match up with these labels. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about this.

How do I cut invitations and other items out?
We suggest a ruler and an Xacto knife. You can also use a paper cutter if you have access to one. Most office supply stores and print shops will trim your pages for you for a small fee. If you plan to print the items yourself and have a printer trim them please notify us and we will place the trim marks on your sheets before sending them to you.

How do I cut out circles?
A 2" craft punch available at any local craft store or online. (Hobby Lobby, JoAnn's, Michaels, etc.). I use Fiskars or EK Success.

Can I print my party circles on a pre-cut sheet?
No. All printable circles, including return address circles, are set up to be printed on uncut stock. If you plan to print on stock you purchase from onlinelabels.com please let us know. We can set your products up using their templates.

How do I make cupcake toppers?
Print your topper sheets and punch out the circles using your preferred method. Affix the circles to candy sticks using tape or a sticker. We suggest the 1” plain round labels available at any office supply store.
